Sleeptou Privacy Policy

Sleeptou is a bedtime routine and relaxation app provided by Rapheldor Software. This policy covers local app data, optional backups, Premium purchases and support.
Your bedtime data
Settings, session history, completed routines, morning reflections, self-reported sleep hours and notes are stored on your device. Sleeptou does not automatically measure sleep or provide medical diagnoses. You do not need a Sleeptou account to use the app. We do not send your journal or bedtime notes to Rapheldor Software servers or RevenueCat.
Optional Google Drive and iCloud backups
If you connect a backup destination, the app sends a backup containing your settings, sessions, routine history, sleep entries and notes directly to your own selected cloud account. Cloud backups do not pass through Rapheldor Software servers. You can choose manual backups or enable automatic backups. Automatic backups run periodically when the app is opened and the relevant conditions are met. Restoring a backup downloads and merges saved data onto your device; older backup versions may be pruned.
Google Drive backup uses Google authorization and only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata scope. Sleeptou can create, list, download and delete its own backup files in the hidden application-data folder. It does not request access to your ordinary Drive documents. Authorization tokens are used to access this folder; we do not receive your Google password. Google processes the account authorization and stored backup under its own privacy policy.
On supported Apple devices, optional iCloud backup stores app files in the Sleeptou iCloud container associated with your Apple account. Apple processes the storage and account services under its own privacy policy. Device-level iPhone backups may also contain app data depending on your system settings. Android automatic system backup is disabled for app data in the current app configuration.
Disconnecting a cloud destination or resetting local data does not necessarily delete previously saved cloud files. You can revoke Google access in your Google Account and manage hidden app data through Drive's app-management settings; manage iCloud app storage through Apple's settings. Exported JSON backups are not password-protected by Sleeptou. Keep them private and share them only with destinations you trust. Cloud availability and protection depend on your provider and account settings.
Premium purchases and RevenueCat
Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment for monthly or annual subscriptions and lifetime one-time purchases. We do not receive your payment-card details. RevenueCat processes purchase history, transaction and receipt information, product identifiers, entitlement and subscription status, and an automatically generated anonymous app user identifier to validate purchases, restore access, prevent fraud and manage Premium. Its dashboard provides purchase analytics. Requests may include technical information such as platform, app and SDK versions, locale and currency needed to operate the service.
The app configures RevenueCat without a custom account identifier and does not send your name, email, journal, sleep notes or advertising identifiers as customer attributes. We do not use advertising tracking or sell personal information. Google backup authorization is separate from RevenueCat purchase identification. Permissions, notifications and device features
Optional reminders and wake alarms use notification and alarm permissions. On supported Android devices, alarms may use exact scheduling and full-screen notifications. Audio can continue in the background. Widgets and Live Activities show selected session information on your device. Alarm tasks may use device motion locally; motion is not uploaded to us. Permission availability and alarm behavior depend on your device, operating system and settings.
Support
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or private journal entries unless necessary for your request.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Clear local app data using the app's reset controls or remove the app. Manage exported files, cloud backups and system backups separately. Purchase records are retained as needed to provide Premium and meet applicable obligations. Contact rapheldorsoftware@gmail.com to request access to or deletion of subscription-management or support data. We may need enough information to locate an anonymous purchase record; do not send passwords or full payment details. Deleting data or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately in your store account.
Audience
Sleeptou's routine, journaling and Premium features are intended for a general older audience, rather than being designed or marketed specifically for children. We do not knowingly seek children's personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information directly to us.
Security and international processing
Network requests to purchase and cloud services use encrypted connections. Providers may process data outside your country. Cloud backups are subject to the provider's protections and are not represented as end-to-end encrypted by Sleeptou. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
