Sleeptou Terms of Use

Sleeptou is provided by Rapheldor Software for personal bedtime routines and relaxation. It does not diagnose, treat or automatically measure sleep and does not replace professional healthcare advice.
Premium purchases
Premium may be purchased through an optional monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a lifetime one-time purchase where available. The store purchase screen states the local price, billing period and any applicable terms before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the store's rules. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Lifetime Premium is a non-renewing purchase for continued Premium access to Sleeptou while the app and relevant services remain available; it does not promise perpetual operation of third-party services or new unrelated products.
Uninstalling the app, deleting data or disconnecting backups does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled under the relevant store's rules. RevenueCat validates purchases and restores Premium entitlements.
Backups and device features
You are responsible for preserving local data and exported backups you wish to keep. Optional Google Drive or iCloud backups require your own account and authorization and are subject to the provider's terms and availability. Backup restoration can merge or replace applicable data and settings. Keep exported files private. Alarms and reminders depend on permissions, device settings and operating-system support; do not rely on them for safety-critical situations. iPhone alarm tasks require supported AlarmKit versions.
Your use and content
Use the app lawfully. App artwork, sounds and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights; third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses. Your private journal entries are not publicly distributed by Sleeptou.
Availability
Features may change and store, cloud or device services may be unavailable. We do not guarantee particular sleep or health outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
