Contact rapheldorsoftware@gmail.com with your device platform and app version. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
For subscription-management or support data deletion, email the same address with the subject “Sleeptou data deletion”. Local routine data can be cleared in the app; exported files and cloud backups must be managed separately. Subscription cancellation is managed separately in App Store or Google Play account settings.
Alarms and backups
Allow required notifications and alarm permissions and check device settings. On iPhone, alarm tasks require iOS 26.1 or later with AlarmKit support; earlier versions use notification alarms. For Google Drive, Sleeptou requests only its hidden app-data folder. Disconnecting a destination does not automatically remove all existing backups.
